We just got in the sweetest baby sweater (and kits to make them!) in the world. Check it out in this video: We just got in a new box of yarn! I’m going to try to video our new yarns whenever possible (sometimes I have to rip into them before I can set up the camera, like the new Kitchen Sink Dyeworks package [...] When a customer finds the perfect color, but it’s a sock yarn and she needs a worsted weight for her first sweater?
I email Mercedes (from Kitchen Sink Dyeworks) and she whips up the most perfect sweater yarn EVER. In 2 weeks!
Even better (for you!): she sent enough yarn to make another [...] It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day!

This isn’t just her debut at A Novel Yarn…or in Jonesborough, TN….this is both the yarn’s and the artist’s debut into the world! The artist, Kim, is currently building her website, so it’s not available anywhere else but A Novel Yarn! Beaded Fibers’ first [...] New yarn this week is from Happy Fuzzy Yarn and it is very very happy! We have a sweater’s-worth of yarn (5 skeins!) in 4 colors of Blue-Face Leicester, which is a super-soft, lustrous wool And 5 skeins of 4 different colors of Superwash Merino (the softest wool and it’s machine-washable!) Come on by to squeeze the yarn! PS. [...] This week we got it gorgeous new yarn from Vivid Creation Fibers! Sock yarn (1 of which sold the same day it arrived!) and.. Worsted weight yarn. Enough (5 skeins!) of 4 different colors, that you could make a sweater! Come by the shop this week to squeeze the yarn for yourself! Yay! New stuff! We have gorgeous handapainted roving by Cloudlover.
